1st YMCA Swim Meet Next Weekend (and upcoming deadlines)

Happy Monday Titans Family!

I hope everyone has gotten into the swing of the season and we look forward to seeing your swimmers compete next weekend.

If you have not already done so please download the swimtopia app on your phone!  We will be able to send push notifications and reminders but you will not receive unless the app is on your phone.  Your login will be the same login that you have for the website - if you need help utilizing this feature please reach out and I can schedule some time to assist you!

Once you download the app (this can also be done from the website)- you will see the meet schedule on the main screen under the "upcoming" tab.  You will then click the event for 10/14 TGY@SFY which is our FIRST YMCA home swim meet. Under your swimmers name you will choose meet signup- click edit- beside your swimmers name you can click a dropdown menu to declare if your swimmer will attend or not attend.  If you have precious times (remember times didn't transfer from Team Unify) or any suggestions for the coaches please leave them in the notes for coaches section!  ALL SWIMMERS are eligible for YMCA swim meets!

The deadline to sign up is 10/8 at midnight!

The Warm ups will be somewhere between 2-3:30 with the meet starting at 4:00pm.  Final details including heat sheets will be sent the week of the meet.  TGY is a great team and we will need as many swimmers in attendance as possible to top the meet in 1st place!

The rest of the seasons meets are loaded and you should be able to declare your swimmer for all of the YMCA meets- USA MEETS are only for those swimmers that are in Silver A, Gold Advanced, Gold, and PlatinumYou will get a notification that your swimmers is NOT registered with USA swimming - but you do not need to process this registration unless you are in one of the above groups and you plan on attending USA meets.

We do have a lot of new swimmers so if you have ANY questions or feel confused PELASE done hesitate to reach out!
